About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Global Digital Marketing with a focus on AI and Data. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading the strategy and innovation for AI and data-related marketing initiatives, with the primary goal of driving efficiencies and productivity for marketers and enhancing the customer and consumer experience. This role is pivotal in providing leadership on marketing data strategy, application, tools, technology, and adoption to improve global marketing performance and inform business decisions. The VP will be responsible for determining the most effective application of AI, analyzing opportunities to maximize data usage, and identifying AI-powered MarTech that can transform digital experiences. Collaboration with various senior groups across the organization is essential, as is the ability to lead a cross-functional team and execute test and learn pilots. The ideal candidate will have a significant hands-on experience in building AI, ML, and data solutions for marketing, a deep understanding of AI ethics, and best practices for sustainable AI development. They should be experienced in digital protection impact assessments, developing GPTs, and have a strong background in NLP processes and procedures. Proficiency in programming languages, familiarity with big data technologies, and a proven track record in marketing roles are also key requirements. The role demands an exceptional storyteller, a measured risk-taker, and a passionate change-maker who is collaborative by nature and an effective people leader. Certification and accreditation in AI from a reputable institution are a must, and the candidate should be a holistic thinker who can use research and industry knowledge to formulate and present strategies.
