Job Description

Fox Advancement is seeking a detail-driven Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis (10-15 hours per week). This role is fully remote - you must be based in the continental US. If you're experienced in QuickBooks, love creating clean, accurate financial reports, and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements and rolled-up quarterly reports
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
• Provide ad hoc reporting as needed

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks Online proficiency required
• Experience with Harvest or similar time tracking software is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience working with consultancy firms is highly desirable. 
• Clear, professional communication skills
