Italian-Speaking Airline Contact Centre Agent Malta

Location: Malta | Contract Type: Indefinite | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Are you a fluent Italian speaker with a passion for customer service? Join a dynamic team in the airline industry , where you'll assist customers with reservations and inquiries via phone, social media, chat, and email . Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and service-related inquiries.
  • Provide support through phone, email, chat, and social media .
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective solutions.
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience by maintaining high service standards.

Requirements:

Fluency in Italian (C2) & English (C1)
Strong customer service skills from previous experience

Excellent communication skills both written & spoken

Basic technical skills (Microsoft Office: Excel & Word)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A good team player with strong relationship-building skills
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM

Salary & Compensation:

Total Monthly Salary (from 2nd month): Approx. 1,462 1,562 per month, plus bonuses

Breakdown:

  • 1st Month (Training & Practice): 5.60/hour
  • 2nd Month Onwards: 7.61/hour
  • After 7 Months: 7.87/hour
  • After an additional 6 months (performance-based): 8.34/hour
  • Language Allowance (Italian): 85/month
  • Performance Bonus (KPI-based): Up to 2,500 yearly (eligible after 6 months)

Working Hours & Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday | Operating Hours: 07:00 19:00
  • Shifts may vary between 4 to 12 hours per day
