Description We are seeking a Title Clerk for a long term contract employment opportunity in North Franklin, Connecticut. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for the management of customer credit applications and records, as well as handling customer inquiries. This role is in the industry of accounting and customer service, where your skills in Accounting Software Systems, Adobe Acrobat, CRM, and customer service will be crucial. Responsibilities Efficiently process customer credit applications using relevant accounting software systems. Maintain accurate records of customer credit in Adobe Acrobat and CRM. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Monitor customer accounts and undertake appropriate actions as necessary. Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their credit applications and inquiries. Ensure all customer records are updated and accurate in the CRM system. Process checks related to customer credit applications. Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Utilize accounting software systems to manage and organize customer applications. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is required Experience with CRM systems is necessary Ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally Experience in Check Processing is beneficial Strong Customer Service skills are a must-have High School Diploma or equivalent education level Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team.
