Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) is looking for a Senior Land Surveyor (SLS) to join our Cadastral Team within the Real Estate Division. The SLS reports to the Cadastral Manager and is required to implement management skills and techniques necessary for project management. Makes assignment of work to team members and establishes dates for completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining and verifying real property acquisition and easement documents to ensure there are no discrepancies or issues that could affect Navy real property ownership. This role requires an in-depth understanding of land surveying, real estate laws, land title, and the ability to work closely with clients, cartographers, realty specialists, appraisers and other land surveyors. The successful SLS candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, mapping, real estate, title examination, and will be committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.
