Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $73,000 - $82,000+ per year

Pay Details:

Average Weekly Pay: $1,450 ($73k/yr)
Top 10% Earn: $1,600+ Weekly ($82k+/yr)
Competitive CPM: $0.71 - $0.80 per mile, based on your experience level.
Bonus Opportunities: Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus + Mountain Driving Bonus.
Payment Frequency: Weekly Direct Deposit.

Job Highlights:

Home Time: Get home consistently multiple times per week.
Freight Type: 100% No-Touch Freight (Live Unload, Drop & Hook).
Equipment: Drive new 2025 models featuring Automatic Transmissions.
Route Type: Consistent, dedicated routes for a major customer (Kroger).
Operating Area: Primarily Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Western Utah.
Schedule: Reliable, year-round work with 24/7 operations (Day and Night shifts may be available). Average 1,700 miles weekly.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer combination on assigned routes.
Ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries for the dedicated Kroger account.
Maintain accurate logs and records (ELD).
Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
Adhere strictly to all DOT safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Denver, CO.
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and safety history.
Ability to pass DOT pre-employment screenings (including drug test).
