Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our clinic.
As the Veterinary Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the practice. You will be responsible for managing staff, financials, client relations, and overall workflow to create a positive environment for both employees and pet owners.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the veterinary practice, ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care.
Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, payroll, invoicing, and expense control.
Ensure compliance with all veterinary regulations, licensing, and safety protocols.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance workflow and customer service.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff and clients.
Handle client concerns and ensure outstanding customer service.
Work closely with veterinarians to support medical operations and patient care.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
Utilize practice management software and maintain accurate medical records.

Previous experience in veterinary practice management, medical office management, or related field preferred.
