Your Role

As an Urgent Care Physician Assistant , you will:

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for minor injuries and illnesses.
• Educate and counsel patients on their health and wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians for appropriate emergency referrals.
• Utilize your skills to recognize serious conditions and direct patients to advanced care when necessary.

What We’re Looking For

We seek experienced Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners with:

• A Bachelor's Degree (for Physician Assistants) or a Master's Degree (for Nurse Practitioners).
• 1+ years of post-residency clinical experience.
• A minimum of 18 months in urgent care or emergency settings, with experience in both adult and pediatric care preferred.
• National certification and active state medical licensure.

Compensation

Full-time providers can expect an annual salary ranging from $120,536 to $151,840 before value incentives.
