MARETING RESEARCH INTERVIEWER

We recruit respondents for all types of qualitative marketing research, and you can be part of our team! We are seeking Marketing Research Interviewers to talk to people who volunteer to be in projects and are paid for sharing their time and opinions. The right person for their focus group is so important and our team connects our clients with people who are excited to share their opinions.

With supervision, the marketing research interviewer will talk with people who applied through our online survey to determine if the person is right for a focus group. The interviewer reports to the supervisor and the Qualitative Director. The is a non-exempt position making $15.00 per hour and is remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Talk through questionnaires, written documents and excel sheet while having a professional and friendly rapport
• Follow directions and complete documents in an error free way and complete missing information
• Attend remote training to ensure good fit for this role
• Double check all screening materials to ensure participants qualify for the project and enter data into google sheets daily
• Communicate with supervisor or Director for questions, issues and when in need of more assignments
• Conduct reminder and confirmation calls when needed
• Send a detailed report at the end of a shift & complete information for the next shift
• Other duties as required

Core Competencies

• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate with strong Microsoft office skills
• Positive and professional attitude
• Strong ability to use excel and google sheets
• Flexibility with scheduling hours
• Ability to multitask with ease

EDUCATION: High School Diploma required. Experience in market research or call center preferred.
