Job Description & Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Dispensing Medications

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and ensure they are appropriate for the patient.

2. Patient Counseling

• Educate patients on how to take their medications safely and effectively.
• Discuss potential side effects, interactions, and storage instructions.

3. Medication Management

• Monitor patient medication therapies for effectiveness and safety.
• Conduct medication reviews, especially for patients with chronic diseases or multiple prescriptions.

4. Ensuring Drug Safety

• Check for potential drug interactions and allergies.
• Ensure prescriptions comply with legal and regulatory standards

Required: - BLS Active Pharmacist License for PA covid card 2 Professional references Skill checklist to be completed
