Work Authorization: W2 Candidates Only Must-Have Skills & Experience: Tableau Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, including design techniques and experience working across large, complex environments. Data Preparation: Strong skills in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with Alteryx or Tableau Prep for data preparation and blending. Responsibilities: Tableau Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and insightful Tableau dashboards and visualizations. Data Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights through Tableau. Data Modeling: Design and implement data models to optimize data visualization and analysis within Tableau. Performance Optimization: Ensure Tableau dashboards and workbooks are performant and efficient. Agile Development: Work effectively within an Agile framework, contributing to sprints, backlog grooming, and other ceremonies. Technical Leadership: Recognized as a leader in Agile development and capable of cultivating Agile teams. Mentorship: Serve as a coach or mentor for at least one technical skill within the team. Software Development Lifecycle: Expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Modern Development Practices: Strong understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test-Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, and security. Technology Evangelist: Stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies and trends, and advocate for their adoption to support business objectives. Qualifications: Expert-level skills in Tableau and data preparation tools (Alteryx or Tableau Prep). Strong SQL proficiency. Experience working on large-scale projects in complex environments. Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
