About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for demand and capacity planning, working closely with senior executives, and engaging in a variety of tasks that require strong project management skills. This role demands a very experienced PowerPoint user who can create decks based on multiple data sets, as well as an individual with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and management. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in creating detailed documentation on processes, collecting and managing meeting artifacts, and ensuring the delivery of project-related tasks. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 6-8 years' experience as an Analyst, with a background that includes working in an enterprise environment and regular engagement with senior executives. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in project management, including the ability to collect and analyze data, and experience in controls such as maker/checker procedures. The ideal candidate will be adept at using Excel for data analysis, including VLOOKUP, macros, and pivot tables, and be able to present material effectively to senior stakeholders. The Chief of Staff will be part of a dynamic team and is expected to contribute to the continuous evolution of financial services.
