Nature & Purpose of Position:

Undergraduate student employee will assist with first line support for Bearkat Kickoff (BKO), troubleshoot BKO help calls, emails, and other forms of communication when received. Will be expected to handle a varied workload of programming assistance, event management, scheduling development, and logistics. Also, will be responsible for maintaining regular office hours and assisting in office organization.

Other Requirements for the Position:

Student must be enrolled and attending classes during the regular term (Fall, and Spring) and maintain a minimum of a 2.5 GPA.

Student must have a valid Texas drivers license.
Software Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Word
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Windows 10

Schedule:

• Student will maintain office hours Monday-Friday (scheduled between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.) during Spring and Summer 2025.
• Some weekends and additional work might be required.
• Student must be available to work August 15-25, 2025.
