Location: Norristown, PA (Field Based Role) | Pay Range: $15–$20/hour | Full-Time

Position Summary:
We’re hiring an Entry-Level Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our install team. No experience? Good. We’ll teach you. You’ll work in the field under skilled installers and foremen, learning how to build commercial kitchen exhaust systems from the ground up. That means hoods, duct, fans, and rooftop gear — real installs, not busywork.
This is a chance to get in, get your hands dirty, and start building a career with momentum.
What You’ll Do:
Install ventilation hoods, ductwork, fans, and curb systems
Learn to use hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication equipment
Work on ladders, rooftops, and lifts — safely and efficiently
Support the team with loading, layout, cleanup, and prep
Show up, ask questions, follow instructions, and improve every day
Learn how pros operate — from code to communication
What You’ll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)
Grit and follow-through — we want people who finish what they start
Physically ready to lift, climb, and stay on your feet
Interest in learning trades like HVAC, welding, or construction
No experience needed — but attitude is everything
Pay & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $15.00 – $20.00/hour (based on work ethic and ability to learn)

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
