Job Details

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in equity administration or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification (e.g., CEP)
• Deep understanding of equity compensation, including the tax and legal aspects.
• Experience with equity management platforms (e.g., E*TRADE, Shareworks, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards related to equity compensation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
