Job Description

Our growing firm is currently in search of a seasoned trusts and estates attorney with over 5 years of experience as a senior attorney. Must be able to handle a heavy caseload, work independently, and zealously represent our clients both in and out of court. To be considered, you should have solid trial experience and be willing to mentor our newer associates. This position is a remote position. Our main office is located in San Diego. Responsibilities:

• Draft estate planning documents for your clients
• Manage probate and trust administration cases from initiation to completion
• Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Capable of independently managing a high volume of legal cases
• Possess a minimum of five years of experience in estate planning and trust administration
• Must have completed a 4-year bachelor’s degree and a 3-year law degree from an accredited law school
• Must be a member of the local and state bar associations
