Business risk consultant for Property Insight, LLC. Support the technology and operations teams to understand FNF policies, best practices, and steps to reduce and manage risk.
Duties: Report on vulnerabilities and ensure remediation within required corporate timelines. Review remediation plans to make appropriate recommendations for long term compliance and stability.
Document and present actionable executive reports to allow Property Insight management to have visibility to outstanding risks and plans for remediation.
Present reports and risk exceptions to FNF executive management with the ability to explain the issue(s), planned remediation and challenges if needed.
Review and approve requests for exceptions to FNF remediation requirements or to FNF policies ensuring the exception is within Property Insights acceptable risk appetite.
Document and manage tasks and timelines supporting risk remediation efforts and initiatives.
Manage the inventory of Property Insight applications and internal components for both FNF reporting, and for internal management.
Ensure all applications and infrastructure within Property Insight are being scanned by required FNF internal and external scanning protocols.
Complete and support Property Insight employees to accurately complete risk surveys and documentation.
Educate Property Insight employees on best practices, requirements of FNF policies and new processes/initiatives within FNF.
Manage Business Continuity documentation and compliance for Property Insight.
Manage Disaster Recovery planning and testing for Property Insight.
Manage all internal and external audits for Property Insight.
Track and ensure compliance with all corporate risk training across Property Insight.
Manage the VRMO process for Property Insight and ensure all vendors are properly onboarded and approved.
Educates and trains Property Insight team members on risk management and compliance.
Some travel may be required.
Performs additional related duties as assigned.
A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:5+ Years leading and managing technical risk and remediation.

Must be proficient with MS Office products including MS Project/SmartSheet and Visio.
Must be comfortable working with technical teams.
Must be a problem solver.
Must be a strong communicator both verbal and in writing.
Preferred but not required - PowerBI.
