Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS
•t least 1 year of testing experience
o bility to pick out defects/issues
•t least 1 year in a customer-facing web application
•Prior municipality or utility experience desirable
•bility to provide customer correspondence in a professional manner


Software: Microsoft Office and an app called ePortal/eAdmin from i3 Vertical - candidates would receive training on this application.
