Meta is seeking a Research Analyst I to join their team. As a Research Analyst I, you will be part of the Music Content Operations team supporting various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for music, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage day-to-day ongoing research initiatives with North American music publishing partners.
• Develop workflows for monitoring publishing data and provide scalable solutions for issue identification and resolution.
• Utilize visual reports to track publisher metrics and trends.
• Communicate with partners regarding data delivery and data validation, including general documentation.
• Support the global publishing operations team on case management, task tracking, ingestion failures, and research support.

What's Needed?

• 1+ years of experience in market research, music account management, product management, online operations, consulting, or data analytics.
• Knowledge of copyright and music licensing, with an understanding of sensitivities around IP policy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• A music industry research background, preferably with experience in a label, music publisher, or DSP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
