Radiation Therapist Responsibilities:
• The Radiation Therapist is responsible for providing radiation therapy for patients, as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist.
• The Radiation Therapist administers radiation treatment according to the established standards and practices, maintains patient treatment records, medical records and other patient related material. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) - Registry Eligible; OR – ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) - within 6 months
• Radiation – State of Florida
• Technical Diploma (Radiation Therapy) OR Bachelors preferred – Related Field
