JOB SUMMARY:

The Product Launch Operations Manager leads and coordinates operational readiness activities for product launches across global segments. This role manages both basic/moderate and high-complexity initiatives, ensuring successful global commercialization of new products while supporting operational excellence, continuous improvement, and supply chain integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate product launches, managing operational readiness across global segments.
• Oversee operational aspects of commercial launches, including manufacturing site selection and technology transfer from R&D or other sites.
• Provide technology leadership and support for startup operations and troubleshooting of formulated products.
• Lead cross-functional development planning and pilot trials for global formulations.
• Implement product-related supply chain business models and provide support to global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Identify and execute continuous operational improvement initiatives, addressing non-conformance issues (NCMs) and optimizing cost of goods (COGs), balancing business needs with operational constraints.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Scientific discipline.
• Experience: 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Experience with SAP software systems.
• Management Experience: Experience in operational management and/or project management.
• Other Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills; strong technical and interpersonal skills.
• Travel: Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with global product launches and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with global supply chain and S&OP processes.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
