What This Opportunity Offers:
✔ Pay-Per-Job to Start, with Potential for Guaranteed Income – As we establish our presence in Atlanta, initial work will be on a per-project basis, with the opportunity to transition to a structured, guaranteed pay model within 2-3 months as business ramps up.
✔ High Growth Potential – If you thrive in this role and enjoy the work, there’s room to transition to a full-time position as the business scales.
✔ Commission Structure – Earn additional income through business development by bringing real estate agents onto our platform.
✔ Flexibility – This role is designed to complement, not replace , your current wedding business. If it eventually makes sense for both sides, we’d love to bring you on board full-time.
