Skills:
1. Salesforce Pardot Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Pardot's features, functionalities, and best practices. This includes understanding of email creation, dynamic content, forms, landing pages, and automation rules.
2. Marketing Automation: Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and strategies.
3. Business Analysis: Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into Pardot functionality. This includes requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
4. Data Analysis: Skills in analyzing and interpreting marketing data to make informed decisions. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Pardot reporting is beneficial.
5. Salesforce CRM Knowledge: Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM, especially how it integrates with Pardot.
6. HTML & CSS: Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS is often required for creating and customizing email templates.
7. SQL: While not always necessary, knowledge of SQL can be beneficial for data manipulation and reporting.
8. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
9. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with marketing teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders.
