Arootah is an early-stage Hedge Fund and Family Office Advisory and Executive/Leadership Coaching firm focused on driving peak performance for both the teams and individuals. Founded by Rich Bello, the co-founder and COO of Blue Ridge Capital, Rich's aim is to leverage his experience working with top Hedge Fund Executives to achieve peak performance.

Arootah services include:

Providing expert advisors in key operational areas to emerging/established Investment firms

Coaching direct-to-consumer (executive and career coaching)

Advising clients with Capital Introduction and Raising for Emerging Managers

Investing in a portfolio of public and private companies that make a positive impact

Building SaaS applications for both enterprise and consumer use

Providing Talent Acquisition and Development services to the financial industry

Who We Need:

Arootah is searching for an ICF accredited Executive and Leadership Coach to join our Coaching Department and work closely with our Director of Coaching, CEO Rich Bello, and members of Arootah's internal Coaching Team to further Arootah's mission to do the greatest good for the greatest number.

As Arootah's of Director of Executive and Leadership Coaching you will be highly involved in hiring, training, and managing Arootah's team of contract Executive Coaches, as well as developing our executive coaching programs and leadership development curriculum.

Our ideal candidate is a high-energy certified coach who's entrepreneurial minded and prepared to thrive in a fast-paced start up environment. We're looking for a team-player who's able to effectively collaborate on projects, while also self-managing and staying motivated independently. We need someone who's highly organized, detail oriented and dependable - exhibiting a high "say-to-do" ratio. Our top candidate is able to pivot plans and problem solve proactively, going above and beyond to anticipate the needs of our coaching team and takes initiative to achieve results.

What You'll Do

• Be the go-to person for Arootah's database of Executive and Leadership Coaches, maintaining mutually positive coach relationships
• Grow Arootah's Executive Coaching database by recruiting and hiring the top Executive Coaches in the industry
• Monitor coach satisfaction with feedback surveys, and when needed, draw up actionable improvement plans
• Become an expert on Arootah's Suite of Tools, Coaching Processes, and Coaching Platform
• Host trainings and office hours for both our internal team and contracted Coaches to ensure that all team members are trained in our coaching processes, best practices, and suite of tools.
• Facilitate Arootah's Immersion Workshop for Executive Coaching Clients
• Consult with our Sales team to create and deliver effective B2B Coaching Pitches
• Collaborate with Arootah's customer success team to support coach-client matching and ensure the successful delivery of our coaching and leadership development training programs
• Participate in remote team meetings
• Maintain and share detailed and accurate records of coaching results (themes, challenges, breakthroughs, etc.)

• An experienced Executive Coach who's worked with C-Suite level Executives in the finance industry
• A life-learner who's passionate about personal development and actively committed to their own personal growth
• Enthusiastic about technology and eager to harness the power apps and software to enhance coaching partnerships
• A skilled active listener who asks powerful thought-provoking questions
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Results-driven and able to proactively anticipate the needs of others

Qualifications

• ICF Accredited (preferably PCC or MCC) 5+ years of experience inexecutivecoaching Bachelor's degree
• 360 Assessment experience / certification
• Experience coaching C-suite executives
• Experience facilitating both online and in-person trainings, workshops, and/or seminars
• Professional experience in financial services or hedge funds
• Passion for helping others improve their productivity, performance, and leadership skills
• Ability to build rapport and work with people from all over the world
• Superior emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint

$120,000 - $160,000 a year
