Job Details

As a Corporate/Private Equity Paralegal, you will contribute your expertise to assist attorneys in the coordination of all aspects of corporate client and transactional work, deal formation, and document management. Please have the following to apply:

• Must have 4+ years of paralegal experience in Corporate/Securities and Private Equity/M&A matters at a law firm or corporate legal department
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• ABA approved Paralegal training program, or equivalent
• Experience in handling stock administration, equity benefit plan administration, Section 16
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
• Effective communicator, time management, and familiarity with Shareworks or similar stock administration systems
• Blue Sky preferred but not required
• Please be okay with a 1650 billable requirement, and willingness to do occasional OT
