Compensation

You will receive an annual base salary of $30,500 plus uncapped monthly commission. We offer uncapped commissions, so you are able to well surpass this target based on sales. If you are just hitting quota month over month, your minimum total cash compensation in your first year would be at $70,000 (includes $30,500 base, $9,500 guaranteed base, and $30,000 target commissions).

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Entry Level Sales associate, you'll sell our client's products and services directly to customers through door-to-door selling. You'll explore various neighborhoods within your assigned territory, engaging with residents to offer Internet, TV, and phone services. Flexible Schedule:

Manage your own 40-hour work-week between 9am-9pm Monday-Saturday. Some Saturdays may be required during busy event season.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with potential customers: Reach out to both new and existing prospects through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about the voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory.
• Conduct sales calls: Identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell services to prospective customers to achieve your sales targets.
• Complete sales documentation: Accurately record and submit daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and reports to your supervisor, following company guidelines.
• Oversee customer accounts: Manage customer relationships from the initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.
• Create community buzz: Organize and participate in community events to create sales opportunities and increase brand awareness.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- High school diploma or GED

- Must be 18 years old

- Must have reliable transportation
