Job Description
The Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina is hiring a Security Guard. This is a Full Time, Overnight position. Weekend and Holiday availability required.
Responsibilities:The Security Agent will report to the Manager on Duty and will respond and handle guest and security issues. The Security Agent will manage situations according to hotel policies, procedures and regulations to ensure the security of the hotel assets, guests and team members. Duties include but not limited to patrolling the hotel to ensure guests and team members are safe and the hotel is secure, answer in house calls, assist team members and guests as needed. Initiate investigations, write up incident reports, monitor investigations and ensure property follow up and communication. Support transportation and guest services needs as directed by the manager on duty.
