Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
A bit about us:
Civil Litigation firm is looking for a seasoned attorney to join their growing team! The ideal candidate for this role will have 7+ years of Litigation experience. We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of civil litigation including experience in trials, hearings, depositions, and case preparation. Having a proficiency in handling Liability cases as well as excellent writing skills are a must for this position!
This is an in-person role and there is an element of travel as most of our cases are outside of the Orange County area and we seek to do depositions in person. Some weeks you'll be traveling 2-3 days locally and some weeks you might be traveling to other counties in Florida that require you to be present the entire time at the trial venue. That being said, there will be some weeks that don't require travel at all, and working from home is acceptable.

Job Details
Requirements:
7 + years of Litigation experience
Licensed to practice law in Florida
Solid Tenure, Litigation and Trial experience is a must!
Experience: Product Liability, Premises Liability, Medical Devices, Consumer Products, Industrial Equipment/Materials Handling, Automotive Products & Components, Trucking Litigation
They need someone who can take a case and run with it, with very little supervision.
