This is a permanent position with room for growth in Charlotte, NC or Pittsburgh, PA.
This position requires high attention to detail.
As a Loan Shipper you will prepare mortgage closing documents and present them to the settlement team once the final closed loan package has been checked for accuracy and completeness.
Job responsibilities:
Preparing accurate closing disclosures
Review final documents after closing
Shipping files
Learn and maintain understanding if Quality Control and Audit procedures and Respa disclosures
Meet branch LASR scores
Manage the closing backlog and schedule
Work closely with Processors and Loan Officers as well as Tile Company to meet disclosure distribution requirements
