As a Spa Attendant, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your attention to detail, and dedication to maintaining impeccable cleanliness levels will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. In a collaboration of team efforts, you will ensure seamless Spa operations. By delivering top-notch guest experiences alongside maintaining a pristine environment, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience. Maintain a clean and tranquil spa environment where guests can relax. Ensure spa facilities and locker areas are well stocked, presentable and aligned with luxury standards. Provide individualized experiences by engaging with guests, and through food and beverage offerings. Personalize recommendations to promote services, enhancements, upgrades and retail products. Ensure punctuality by escorting guests to waiting areas in anticipation of spa treatments. Maintain knowledge and adherence to all departmental policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies. Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments and assist them with the use of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Currently holds or is able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
