Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Low Voltage/Smart home Technician for projects in the Nantucket, MA area!

• PAY: $25.00-$40.00 per hour based on experience
• Per Diem: $86.00 (meals) plus hotel
• SCHEDULE: 8:00 am-5:00 PM
• START DATE: ASAP
• Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking skilled Low Voltage/Access Control Technicians for high-end residential projects. We need a hands-on, residential smart home expert. Comfortable with home theaters, smart tech, and integrated systems

Qualifications of a Low-Voltage Technician:

• Complete rack installation, including modular systems
• TV mounting, video walls, and Lunar walls
• Smart home components like Crestron, Control4, Lutron, Savant, etc.
• Security systems, climate control, shading systems, and advanced lighting
• Familiar with access control:
• Mag locks, strikes, motion sensors, REX buttons, card readers
• Experience with companies like Best Buy/Magnolia, Paragon, AVI-SPL, AHT, Bravas, Avidia, Nantucket Networks is a big plus!
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot access control systems and residential smart technologies
• Use hand/power tools to service doors, wiring, and tech systems
• Read schematics and technical documentation
• Follow safety protocols and NEC standards
• Document all work performed onsite

Additional Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have own tools.
