The Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) role offers a flexible opportunity for clinicians to either start or expand their private practice with the support of Headway. This position allows therapists to conduct psychotherapy sessions and oversee medication management while Headway manages administrative tasks, insurance credentialing, and patient referrals. With competitive hourly pay and the ability to work remotely, this role is ideal for fully-licensed mental health professionals seeking to enhance their practice.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
