Mortgage Loan Officer – Join the Next Big Thing in Lending

Location: Irvine, CA
Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission | Inbound Leads Daily

What You’ll Do:

• Speak with warm, inbound leads and live transfers daily—no cold calling

• Evaluate income, credit, assets, and goals to recommend the best loan products

• Negotiate terms, lock loans, and manage files from app to close

• Communicate with processors and borrowers to ensure a smooth experience

• Track your pipeline using our integrated CRM and sales tools

• Participate in weekly training, strategy calls, and 1:1 mentorship

 

Requirements:

• Must have or be actively working toward obtaining an NMLS license

• 1–2 years of experience in mortgage loan origination

• Proven experience in sales , with a strong drive, persistence, and closing ability

• Excellent communication skills — ability to build rapport, explain complex products, and convert leads

• Must be located within commutable distance to Irvine, California
