Client Billing Specialist - Join a Leading Law Firm
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for legal billing? Our client, a prestigious law firm is seeking a Client Billing Specialist to join their team. This role is integral to billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our financial processes.

Responsibilities
- Monthly Pro Forma Management: Select and manage monthly pro forma submissions.
- Attorney Revision Implementation: Incorporate and finalize attorney edits on pro forma documents.
- Guideline Compliance Oversight: Ensure that all pro formas adhere to established billing guidelines.
- Invoice Submission: Process final billing and submit invoices via designated electronic platforms.
- Accounts Receivable Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on outstanding client payments.
Role Overview: The Client Billing Specialist serves as the key point of contact for both billing attorneys and clients, overseeing the entire monthly pro forma process. This role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, a commitment to meeting deadlines, and meticulous attention to detail.
