Job Description
We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Legal Assistant based in Arlington, Texas. As a Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for handling legal documents, managing client relationships, and utilizing various legal software. You will also be responsible for managing calendars, administering claims, and performing billing functions.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage client relations through effective communication
• Administer claims to facilitate case progress
• Manage calendars to ensure all appointments and deadlines are met
• Cross train as needed to ensure continuity of responsibilities during periods of leave.
• Excellent skills in Calendar Management are needed
• Experience in Claim Administration is necessary
• Strong Client Relations skills are crucial
• Excellent Communication skills are essential
