The Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position offers mental health clinicians the opportunity to establish or expand their private practices with support from Headway. Clinicians benefit from streamlined insurance processes, marketing support, and the flexibility to manage their schedules and patient load. This role emphasizes providing accessible mental health care while accommodating both in-person and telehealth sessions.

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
