Junior Accountant

About the Company:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in accounting who is eager to expand their skills and grow within an organization that values development and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger

• Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting

• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Controller

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles a plus)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, etc.) preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn and take initiative
