If you're a skilled technician with a "can do" attitude and a passion for making customers happy, keep reading! This position earns $60k-$85k plus a year , depending on experience. Plus, we offer a range of benefits, including company vehicle , medical , dental , vision , life insurance , vacation , sick pay , and a 401k with a company match . We also provide company uniforms and a company-provided credit card for business purposes. Partial relocation assistance is available for qualified technicians, depending on experience. Must be able to commute or relocate to the Phoenix metropolitan area.
WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
As a full-time Home Appliance Repair Tech, you'll be working an 8 am to 5 pm schedule. We want to make things convenient for you, so we'll try to keep you in specific geographic regions around the Phoenix area based on where you live. No need to report to the office every day, as you'll be out in the field taking care of our valued customers and most parts are delivered to either the customers' homes or yours. This position is valley-wide, so get ready to explore the beautiful neighborhoods of Phoenix!
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A HOME APPLIANCE REPAIR TECH:
Get ready for an action-packed day as a Home Appliance Repair Tech! Your main focus is on conducting diagnostics and repairs at customers' homes or other locations. Showcasing your expertise, you'll skillfully resolve issues while taking the opportunity to educate customers on proper appliance usage.Driving your company-provided service vehicle, you'll be equipped with a company-provided iPad to record all the important service details. With a keen eye for inventory control, you'll ensure that you have the right parts on hand.
