Job Description

Wesmar Company, a food safety and sanitation company, is hiring Sales and Service Managers for the Portland or Seattle territory.

OPPORTUNITY: As our Sales and Service Manager, you will manage and support our account and service managers for our cleaning and sanitations teams. This role is hands-on, with regular fieldwork alongside your team to ensure targets are met and to provide guidance and support where needed. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sales, you will play a key role in building and developing a high-performing team that maximizes productivity and delivers outstanding results.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· Hire, train, and manage a qualified sales and service team.

· Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team that fosters collaborative and results-driven culture.

· Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and development.

· Mentor team members to improve performance, monitor sales/service activities, and provide technical and sales training.

· Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service, proactive engagement, and effective problem resolution.

· Drive sales growth to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

· Expand the customer base and create new business opportunities.

· Optimize sales and service processes for efficiency and quality.

SUCCESS FACTORS:

· 5+ years of management, supervisory, or sales management experience required.

· Previous experience in food sanitation, chemical sales, food processing, hygiene, or facility management industries is preferred.

· Ability to travel within your territory throughout the week with your team members

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

· Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored sanitation solutions.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team, set goals, and drive results.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Wesmar Company will reward your sales management talents with a competitive compensation plan. First year OTE expected to be $100k-$125k+. You will enjoy a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, retirement plan, and paid vacation. We will reimburse you for mileage and other travel expenses.
