We are seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the events industry and eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job: Full time
Pay: $18.50 - $26.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion.
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and services.
* Help with event marketing and promotion through social media and other channels.
* Maintain and organize event documentation and reports for future reference.
* Set up event spaces, including seating arrangements, equipment, and decorations as needed.
* Support on-site logistics and provide assistance during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Minimum requirements:
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Basic knowledge of event planning and management processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
