We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Parts Manager to join our team! As the linchpin of our production powerhouse, you will revolutionize our inventory management and ensure our operations run smoothly. Your attention to detail and strategic thinking will drive our production line's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management : Master the art of inventory monitoring and control, ensuring our production team has everything they need, when they need it.
  • Predictive Ordering : Use data-driven insights to predict and order parts with precision.
  • Sales and Promotions : Utilize your exceptional sales skills to charm clients and craft irresistible promotions for our parts catalog.
  • Leadership : Oversee the flow of parts in and out of the shop, manage and train parts department personnel, and develop strategies to maintain profit goals.
  • Analysis and Improvement : Analyze sales, expenses, and inventory to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Education : High school diploma or GED
  • Experience : 3+ years as a Parts Manager or similar role in the automotive industry
  • Skills :

- Strong knowledge of inventory monitoring principles

- Excellent sales and organizational skills

- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Proficiency in using inventory management software
