From blueprints to final inspections- you're the sharp eye that keeps Branson built right! What You'll Do: Inspect construction sites for code compliance in all building disciplines. Review and verify plans, permits, and construction documents. Ensure quality, materials, and workmanship meet city standards. Keep accurate inspection records and reports. Represent the City with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp eye for safety. .What do you have to have to be considered? A High School diploma or GED Equivalent. Minimum three (3) years of experience in construction trades. Be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Be someone who brings integrity, initiative, and a strong work ethicplus the ability to work independently.
