\nKelly is seeking Document Specialists for an 8 week project, fully on site to support a Leading Healthcare client in Topeka, Kansas.

\n Snapshot:

\n Position : Document Specialist fully on site in Topeka, KS
\n Pay : $18 per hour
\n Hours : M-F 8am to 4:30pm 
\n Duration: Project based and expected to start on January 20, 2025, for an 8-week period ending on or around March 14, 2025
\n
\n Job Description :\n

\n\t
• Using imaging equipment to scan physical contracts, forms, and documents into a digital format for easy storage and access.\n\t
• Inputting relevant contract details into databases or document management systems for record-keeping and retrieval.\n\t
• Reviewing scanned documents for clarity, accuracy, and completeness to ensure all information is captured correctly.\n

\n Qualifications :\n\n

\n\t
• Experience with imaging equipment and document management.\n\t
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.\n\t
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.\n\t
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.\n

\n Responsibilities :\n\n

\n\t
• Perform scanning and data entry tasks as per project requirements.\n\t
• Maintain professional conduct and alignment with client objectives.\n\t
• Ensure high quality and efficiency in performing assigned duties.\n
