Job Summary :
Senior Copy Writer, bareMinerals
Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Create impactful and insightful messaging direction to evolve the creativity, innovation, and effectiveness of marketing materials
- Support Executive Director, Content and Copy to consistently apply brand voice across all branded assets to create a cohesive messaging ecosystem across all channels and markets
- Write accurate, compelling copy in the unique voice of bareMinerals.
- U.S. E-commerce: e-mail, brand.com homepage, product descriptions, etc.
- Retailer.com: tailor e-commerce copy to retailer specific needs
- Social: organic and paid
- Manage ongoing brand copy needs and drop-in requests, working closely with the Creative Project Management team to ensure timely delivery on fast-paced projects
- Support the development of content strategy for all bareMinerals launches, alongside Executive Director, Content and Copy
- Adapt content to support 360 customer journeys throughout the bareMinerals digital ecosystem
- Collaborate with Creative and cross-functional departments to ensure consistency across all bareMinerals brand experiences
- Apply the bareMinerals voice guidelines across all workflows
- Develop social-first copy for bareMinerals owned social channels, including Instagram and TikTok
- Adjust copy for customer segments as needed in emails, social media captions, and website copy

Qualifications - Minimum of 2-5 years of copywriting experience, ideally within the beauty, fashion, and CPG industries
- Degree in English, communications, marketing or equivalent
- Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines, including excellent proofreading skills
- Solution-oriented attitude; must be comfortable taking responsibility for timely edits and approvals
- Team player who is highly organized, self-directed and can learn/manage multiple processes and feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Ability to quickly change gears and tasks to stay organized and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of social and digital platforms and their use within creative and marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and the creative development process behind building custom content campaigns.
- Ability to identify audience and platform insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated copy writing, strategy and managerial experience

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when deter-mining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
The pay range for this position is $98,000.00 to $163,000.00. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
