A Crushing Campaign Strategist: Take the reins of paid campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Navigate the digital landscape and develop paid and organic reports using Meta Business Manager, Pinterest Business, Sprout Social, Buner DB, and LinkedIn Advertising. You'll be helping to strategize and work with the paid social team on paid campaigns. Be the superhero of our social inbox. Respond to messages timely and professionally across social platforms with the speed of a Miami breeze. A Social Media and Reporting Savvy Whiz: Command Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), X (Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok like a tech wizard. Your spells? Your Paid and organic reports speak volumes. As our Social Media Community Manager, we expect you to have: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or a related field. Min of 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A creative and strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality. A strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, trends, and best practices. A data-driven approach to measure and optimize the performance of social media campaigns and content. A collaborative and flexible attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
