Hourglass is seeking a highly strategic, creative Copywriter who is passionate about brand and product storytelling to join its Brand Marketing team. This role will assist with copy needs across all channels, playing a pivotal part further defining the Hourglass brand voice and driving business goals.

WHAT YOU DO:

• Craft engaging, high-performing copy across all Hourglass touchpoints: PDP, site, email, paid social, in-store promotions, banners, print mailers, and organic social
• Maintain the highest editorial standards for all copy and ensure that it conforms to the Hourglass brand voice
• Translate technical product information into creative, customer-facing language
• Ensure timely delivery of content deliverables in our project management system
• Work cross-functionally to ensure all brief objectives are met
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Education, Digital, and Social teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Create branded social copy that is insightful, culturally relevant, and inherently sharable

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Marketing, Creative Writing, Journalism, or comparable work experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of writing experience, ideally for a retailer or brand creative team
• Experience working within a project management system or managing copy projects from ideation to execution
• Possess a creative, positive, and flexible attitude
• Experience or interest in beauty preferred
• Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 to $100,000.00. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
