About the Role
The Company is seeking a Finance Chief of Staff to provide strategic and executional support to the Global Chief Financial Officer and the Finance COO. The successful candidate will be a critical partner in ensuring the delivery of key finance initiatives, and well-executed finance messaging, and will streamline internal finance leader interactions. This role requires close collaboration with the CFO and Finance COO to set and drive the strategic agenda, as well as the coordination of various meetings and the preparation of materials for high-level forums. The Finance Chief of Staff will also be responsible for project management, change management, and acting as a strategic thought partner to the financial leadership team. Applicants for the Finance Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a preference for 7+ years' of relevant experience. The role demands excellent multi-tasking, project management, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to drive outcomes and hold individuals accountable. Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and have a proven track record in project management. A PMO certification is a plus.
