What Youll Do

• Lead clinical and regulatory strategy for late-stage ophthalmology assets.
• Represent Theialife at international conferences and in medical publications.
• Oversee global clinical trials (Phase 3 and beyond).
• Guide commercialization, market access, and investor relations activities.
• Recruit and mentor a top-tier clinical/medical team.

Who You Are

• MD with board certification in Ophthalmology ; experience in pediatric ophthalmology is a plus.
• Significant late-stage clinical trial and regulatory leadership (US/EU experience preferred).
• Proven fundraising/investor engagement track record in biotech/pharma.
• Strong publication history and a respected presence at major meetings (AAO, ARVO, etc.).
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, thrives in fast-moving, virtual organizations.
• Global outlook with experience leading international collaborations
