  • Promptly recognize urgent symptoms and communicate them to clinical staff to enhance patient care through proactive measures.

  • Confidently navigate a structured environment, ensuring punctuality and attendance to sustain team success.

Forward-Thinking Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with operating in a technology-driven call center environment, proficiently using computers and phone systems.
  • Strong understanding of basic healthcare terminology including primary care, provider terms, benefits, and HIPAA compliance.
  • Proven track record of excellence in customer service, with outstanding listening skills and phone etiquette.
  • Effective communicator, able to employ language, grammar, and style adeptly in both verbal and written forms.
  • Capacity for innovative problem-solving in addressing patient needs and refining service protocols.
