Campus Recruiter
Location: Hybrid in Boston (Onsite 3 days/week)

Our client, a global consulting firm, is looking to hire a Campus Recruiter to manage recruiting for graduate-level candidates (MBA, MA, and PhD). This role will be responsible for implementing recruiting strategies and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the recruiting team and consultants to create and lead a successful recruiting strategy
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, university career services, and internal consultants
• Build the candidate pipeline through the organization and execution of on campus and virtual events
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle and provide a positive candidate experience
• Assist with the organizing and execution of the summer internship program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4+ years of campus recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for candidates at the graduate level (MBA, MA, and PhD)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
